Abstract

From 2015 to 2017, we have been providing agronomical expertise in the field of crop protection, soil conservation and optimisation of crop production costs to one of the main farming companies managing more than 17,000 Ha in South-East Romania.

Targeted and independent advice

We provide independent advice and technical support to agronomist staff with the view to reduce production cost, secure optimal yields and decrease agrochemical use. The main crops are winter wheat, barley, rapeseed, maize, sunflower and soybean.

From input optimisation to soil improvement strategies

Our technical expertise has been mainly focusing on spraying optimization (reduction of agrochemicals), with the help of regular field scouting tours for weed and pest pressure monitoring. An introduction to a global cover crop strategy and advice on minimum tillage implementation and equipment has also been part of our services.
