The project in Estancia San Ramón highlights our commitment to balancing productivity with ecological integrity. Our plan integrates water management, forestation and grazing improvements. By addressing key challenges like soil erosion, wetland degradation, risk of fire and pasture quality, we aim to create a model of sustainable ranch management for the Patagonia region.

Water restoration and management

The water management plan focuses on increasing wetland areas ("mallines"), improving the existing irrigation networks and mitigating erosion through dams and dykes following the keyline design. In the first phase, 2.216 hectares will undergo irrigation and restoration interventions. This work will not only increase water availability but also revitalize degraded areas for grazing and forestry.

Enhancements in Forestry Management and Forestation

The project seeks to introduce a sustainable forestry plan that enhances biodiversity while reducing wildfire risks, supporting the ranch’s productive goals.
