The project is a profitable large-scale farming venture totalising 10,000+ hectares of broadacre crops and professionally managed since more than 10 years. With 6 main different crops cultivated with decent yield results and historical stability, the operation boasts a strong productivity potential. The agronomic approach and the long-term vision of the management currently in place is in line with the principles of conservation agriculture. A strong focus is put on soil health and agrochemicals optimisation with the view to minimise direct costs and secure gross margins (€/T), rather than maximising yields (T/ha).
